It’s that time again – this time, I present to you two interesting kickstarters that really could use your support – they both haven’t funded yet.
Okay, this one is near and dear to my heart. As some of you may know, I cut my design-teeth back in the day in patron projects, long before there was kickstarter. To say that I learned a lot would be a HUGE understatement and some of the most amazing, talented folks I “met” back then went on to write glorious books. Now, Kobold Press, back then the biggest champion of that pre-KS-model, no longer does such learn-to-design collective experiences. Well, this is where design camp comes in! Brian Suskind, living legend (and all-around amazing person) Ben McFarland and Jaye Sonia provide just this experience! This time around, the topic will be conversion – to both PFRPG AND 5e! (And Ben knows what he’s doing – he’s written two of the best conversions I know of!!) So yeah – the KS is almost funded, so if you want to learn the craft, this is a great place to check out – the project only has 4 days to go and is almost funded! The KS can be found here!
LPJ Design is trying something different this time around – namely, to bring an Arcanis-style organized play experience to the unique setting. With a pronounced meta-plot as part of the concept, these do sound interesting indeed, even if you’re not in it for the organized play, but rather just for the adventures! The project has, so far, managed to accumulate 1/4th of its goal with 22 days to go – putting it still within the realm of projects that fund, but it’ll need support. You can take a look at the campaign here on KS!
As always, I’d most certainly appreciate your support as well.
If you enjoy and value what I’m doing, kindly contemplate support my patreon. Every little bit helps to keep the lights on, the reviews flowing and the site ad-free! (Plus: You can tell me what to cover and I actually listen!)
